When you put yourself behind 200 horsepower, there's no feeling in the world like that. With just pure adrenaline, your mind switches off all the noise in the background that is life.
MOM SPARKS AJ'S RIDING PASSION
When AJ was young, his mom sent him to a camp that had a dirt bike area. That was the first way he learned to ride. Then he fell in love with it.
Mom is a great human being. She bought AJ a 1985 RM125 after saving a large sum of money, although their family didn't have a lot of financial.
"It was in terrible shape, the chain was falling apart, the tires were dry-rotted on it, and it was missing the entire front brake system, but to me it was everything.", AJ said.
CHANGING AJ'S LIFE AND CAREER:
THE POWER OF RIDING
There's a saying, "You'll never see a motorcycle parked outside a therapist's office". To AJ, that's a throttle therapy.
"I can't think of a career or a lifestyle that's more oriented towards what I enjoy. I'm blessed enough to have experienced this broad and diverse set of riding.", he said.
The word "fun" doesn't capture it. It's the most exciting thing that you can do.
CHASING PASSION AND LIFE
In his 20s and 30s, AJ wanted no kids. He thought living without responsibilities and paying for tomorrow was perfect.
But now, he's lucky to have the family. Changing from a wild, crazy 25-year-old who did motorway wheelies to a slightly more responsible family man.
Life is less about what he can do for himself, and more about how he can make the world a better place for family.
Powersports help produce more beautiful memories in that part of life.
