It is plugged in. This soundbar does not have rechargeable batteries to power them. You can use the standard cigarette charger port (included in the package) to connect it to a cigarette lighter or use a DC to AC converter (included in the package) to be directly wired to the battery via a fuse line.

Hi, we guess you are talking about the decibels of the speakers. The decibels will depend on the treble and bass of the music you are playing. For reference, the peak power of KEMIMOTO 16'' SOUND BAR is a standard 400 W. Using the remote control to turn the volume to maximum (30) and the volume of the source (phone, mp3) to maximum will solve the problem of low volume.

Can this be wired to turn on/off with your vehicle and does it remember your connected device when it's turned back on for auto reconnect?

This soundbar will not be turned on/off together with the vehicle, you need to manually turn off the soundbar. Bluetooth has a memory function, and after the first connection, will quickly connect the device to the previously connected device, if you need to disconnect, you need to long-press the bluetooth key to force a disconnection.
